摘要
报告应用国产栓塞剂：α－氰基丙烯酸正丁醋（ＮＢＣＡ）经血管内栓塞治疗５例脑动静脉畸形。治疗结果表明，３例畸形血管团完全被栓塞，２例分别栓塞９５％和６０％。文中比较了ＮＢＣＡ和ＩＢＣＡ的药物特点，并讨论了栓塞导管的置入技术，栓塞剂的配制以及栓塞并发症的预防。
Abstract Five cases of brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) were treated by endovascular embolization with a native N-butyl cyanoacrylate (NBCA). The results showed that the nidus were completely obliterated in 3 cases, obliterated 95% and 60% each in one case. We compared the characteristics of drugs between NBCA and IBCA. The insertion technique of the microcatheter the method of made NBCA mixture and the prevention of embolization complications were also discussed.
