摘要
报告９例小脑动静脉畸形。临床表现以蛛网膜下腔及小脑内出血多见，其次为三叉神经痛和癫痫，供血动脉主要是小脑上及小脑后下动脉，血管畸形直径在５ｃｍ内。本组均经动脉途径行超选择性栓塞，治疗效果良好。文中对小脑动静脉畸形的特点和栓塞术操作要点进行了讨论。
Abstract Nine cases of cerebellar arteriovenous malformation(AVM) were treated by embolization during 1991～1993. Five cases started with subarachnoid and intracerebellar hemorrhage. Symptoms with trigeminal neuralgia in 2 cases, epilepsy and paroxismal headache each in one. The feeders were mainly superior cerebellar artery and posterior inferior cerebellar artery. The size of AVMs were within 5 cm in diameter. All cases were treated with endovascular embolization and achieved satisfactory result. The characteristics of cerebellar AVMs, the technique of embolization and prevention of complications were discussed.
