摘要
对２０例膀胱移行上皮癌大切片ＨＥ染色，观察肿瘤表面、基部、浸润深部的组织形态特征，运用ＡｇＮＯＲ银染技术和图像分析技术进行ＡｇＮＯＲ颗粒计数和核形态计量研究。结果表明：膀胱移行上皮癌表面组织与基部组织的分级和恶性程度无显著性差异，肿瘤浸润深部的组织分级与恶性程度比肿瘤表面组织的高。
A thorough histopathologic study of gross specimens from 20 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of bladder was undertaken to investigate the histopathologic characteristics at diferent sites of the tumor.Silver colloid stain technique and computer image analysis of nucleolar form and AgNOR number were carried out.The result revealed that there was no significant difference in histopathologic grading of the tumor between the tumor surface and the tumor base.Whereas tumor tissue from deep invasion site showed higher grading and malignancy.
