摘要
驻极体薄膜（商品名骨愈膜）对于促进骨折缺损后的骨愈合研究，是我们驻极体薄膜促进骨折愈合的研究动物实验（一）的继续。动物实验是用家免７２只造成桡骨人为骨缺损，局部肢体敷贴骨愈膜，再分批，分组处死家兔后作病理检查（光学显微镜检查），进一步证明了高分子驻极体静电刺激对骨折愈合的促进作用，然而，骨折断段间隙超过７．０ｍｍ时骨愈膜治疗无效。
Abstract72 rabbits were used for the experimental study,the forearms of rabbits were fractured bones , and us-ing electret film on the external part of fractured limbsfor different periods and then observation were madepathologically.Electret film can promote healing ofthe experimental fracture of animal , but if the inter-fragment gap of the fracture were wider than 7mm,electret film were noneffective.
