摘要
目的:探讨心理咨询对HIV感染者生活质量及社会支持状况的影响.方法:采用生活质量问卷和社会支持量表对94例HIV感染者进行问卷调查分析.结果:HIV感染者心理咨询后生活质量情况有了明显的变化.躯体功能分(男61.2;女56.3)、社会功能分(男91.6;女89.1)、心理功能分(男60.8;女57.3)和物质生活分(男53.3;女52.4)4个因子得分均高于心理咨询前躯体功能分(男33.9;女31.3)、社会功能分(男67.0;女68.3)、心理功能分(男45.0;女32.1)和物质生活分(男53.2;女52.3),其中前3个因子分经统计学检验P<0.05;心理咨询后HIV感染者的社会支持情况发生了改变.心理咨询后的客观支持分(男4.8;女5.0)和对支持的利用度分(男4.7;女4.4)两个得分高于心理咨询前的客观支持分(男3.6;女3.8)和对支持的利用度分(男3.6;女3.5),并且经统计学检验P<0.05.结论:对HIV感染者进行心理咨询可以帮助他们提高生活质量和社会支持状况.
AIM: To study the effect of psychological consulting on the life quality and social support status of HIV infectors. METHODS: Ninety-four HIV infectors were asked to fill the questionnaires on life quality (GQOLI-74, generic quality of life inventory-74) and social support system before and after the psychological consulting in Beijing Ditan Hospital. RESULTS: The quality of life, as well as the physical, mental and social function, of the HIV infectors was significantly improved after the outpatient psychological consulting. In male and female, the physical scores ranged respectively from 33.9 to 61.2 and from 31.3 to 56.3, the mental scores from 45.0 to 60.8 and from 32.1 to 57.3 and the social function scores from 67.0 to 91.6 and from 68.3 to 89.1 (P<0.05). The social support systems of HIV infectors were significantly improved after the psychological consulting and the scores of objective support and its application level were also improved. The scores of objective support ranged from 3.6 to 4.8 in male and from 3.8 to 5.0 in female and the scores of the application level of the social ranged support from 3.6 to 4.7 in male and from 3.5 to 4.4 in female. CONCLUSION: Psychological consulting is a good means to improve the physical, mental and social functions of HIV infectors.
