摘要
用表面电极成功测试144例0~14岁小儿正中神经、尺神经和腓肠神经感觉传导功能,获得各年龄期正常参考值和发育规律。结果表明,新生儿上肢感觉神经传导速度约为成人的40%,3个月为50%,1岁为75%,6岁达成人值。出生时腓肠神经传导速度为成人的50%,6个月达75%,3岁即达成人水平。初生时波幅仅为成人1/3~1/4,1岁达1/2,6岁后达成人值。除新生儿外,小儿上肢感觉神经近端反应电位呈特征性双峰波形,代表成熟度不同的两种传导纤维。提示感觉神经各项传导功能随年龄规律发育,是小儿周围神经疾病的重要电生理检查。
he norms and maturation of sensory nerve con-duction were investigated based on the data from 144normal children aged 0~14 years. Definite potentialswere obtained with surface electrede in most subjects.The age under 1 year would be a critical time for the de-velopment of sensory nerve , since sensory nerve conduc-tion velocity (SNCV) in upper extremity was equal to40% of adult value in newborns , 50% at 3 months afterbirth , 75 /00 at 1 year , and adult level in 6 years , respec-tively. The SNCV along sural nerve was about 50% atbirth, 75% at six months, and reached the adult levelat 3 years. The resuhs also showed that the develop-ment of SNCVs was faster in lower extremities than theupper. The amplitudes of potential were about 1/3~14 of adult value at birth, 50% at 1 year and equal toadult in 6 ~4 years old children. The wave forms ofpotentials at proximity in upper extremity were splittedas two peaks in all children but in newborn or adult,which indicated that there were two kinds of sensorynerve fibers with different maturational paces. Sensorynerve conduction developed with age and determinationof SNCV is an important clinical electro neurophysi-ological test for peripheral nerve diseases in pediatricpractice.
