摘要
本文对高精度三轴转台的设计要求,总体结构选择,控制系统构成,驱动方式和环境因素等问题进行研究与分析.文中着重介绍液压与电动联合驱动的三轴转台.该转台位置精度为10^(-4)度,角速率从最低10^(-4)度/秒.到最高500度/秒可连续变化将近7个数量级.频率特性在 f=2周时,相移<3°,幅值<0.8分贝.
This paper discussed configuration designs, components, specifications and key tech- niques of highly accurate three-axis servotable. The table comprises the following essential units Three-axis gimbaled servotable Hydraulic system Table controllerand has the characteristics The possition accuracy of all three axes is 10^(-4) deg. The maximum velosity of inner axis is 500 deg/sec The minimum velosity of all three axes is 10^(-4)deg/sec The table can be used for simulation test of control system and calibration test of instru- ments.
