摘要
用胃得安(党参、白术、紫河车、黄芪、山植、木香等20余种中药组成),加雷尼替丁、庆大霉素片(治疗组)治疗消化性溃疡108例,并与西药雷尼替丁、庆大霉素片(对照Ⅰ组)和单用胃得安(对照Ⅱ组)比较,平均治疗天数分别为30d、38d和45d,有效率分别为74.1%、56.0%和50.7%,一年复发率分别为16.7%、27.2%和28.8%,前者较后者治疗时间短、有效率高、复发率低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。表明中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡较单独应用西药或中药具有显著的优越性。
275 patients witb pepetic ulcer were divided into therapeutíc group(108 patientsgiven Weidean,ranitidine,gentamicin),control group I(100 patients given ranitidine andgentamicin).control group I(67 patients given Weidean).The result showed;①average therapeu-tic days in therapeutic group,control group I and I respectively was 30,38,and 45②effectiverate was 71.1%·56.0%·and 50.7%1③relapse rate after one year was 16.7%·27.2,and 28.8%.The therapeutic group has short therapeutic time,higher eflective rate.Jower relspse rate thanthose in the control group I and I.They have signilicant difference(P<0.05),These manifestedthat peptic ulcer were treated by western medicine(WM)and treated Chinese herb(TCM)wasabviously superior to the anly WM or only TCM.
