摘要
目的 为患消化性溃疡的飞行人员寻找一种安全有效而又不影响飞行的抗复发治疗方法及药物。 方法 选用中成药胃得安对本区 30例患消化性溃疡的飞行人员进行了临床对比应用研究。对两组观察对象的消化性溃疡复发和药物副作用情况作连续追踪随访 3年。 结果 治疗组的复发比例 (1/15 )和停飞比例 (1/15 )较对照组复发比例 (9/15 )、停飞比例 (8/15 )明显降低 ,且无任何毒副反应。 结论 中成药胃得安适合飞行人员消化性溃疡病患者在队飞行期间长期服用 。
Objectives To look for the effective, safe anti-relapse treatment of peptic ulcer in pilots. Methods Thirty pilots with clinically cured peptic ulcer were matched and divided into control group and treatment group. Wei-de-an, a kind of proprietary traditional Chinese drug, was used as an anti-relapse measure in treatment group. Follow up to both groups for recurrence of peptic ulcer and side reactions of the drug continued for 3 years. Results The recurrence rate of peptic ulcer and grounding rate in treatment group over 3 years (1/15 and 1/15 respectively) were significantly lower than that of control group(9/15 and 8/15 respectively). No side reactions of Wei-de-an were found in the course of anti-relapse treatment. Conclusion Long term administration of Wei-de-an is an effective and safe measure for preventing relapse of peptic ulcer in pilots.
