摘要
目的研究中药圣和散对胃腺癌细胞SGC-7901Bcl-2表达的影响。方法圣和散作用于胃腺癌细胞SGC-7901,48h后收集细胞爬片,用抗Bcl-2mAb和免疫组织化学SABC法及图像分析技术分析Bcl-2。结果圣和散作用的胃腺癌细胞Bcl-2表达量A值120.13±0.18,较对照组细胞104.536±0.091下降显著(P<0.05)。结论圣和散对胃癌细胞的凋亡诱导作用可能与其影响Bcl-2表达有关。
Objective To investigate effect of the Shenghe Powder (SHP)on expression of Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma cell.Methods Gastric carcinoma cell line SGC-7901 were co-cultured with SHP.After 48 hours,the cells sticking to the wall of glass were collected and studied with the monoclonal antibody against Bcl-2 by using immunohistochemical SABC method and imaging analysis.Results The expression of Bcl-2 in gastric carcinoma cells co-cultured with SHP(A=120.13±0.18) decreased comparing with the controls (A=104.536±0.091) with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The apoptosis induction of gastric carcinoma cells by SHP may be related with change of expression of Bcl-2.
