摘要
目的观察细胞生长因子与一氧化氮在2型糖尿病(DM)视网膜病变(DR)发病中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法和分光光度法检测74例DM患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)和一氧化氮(ON)的血浆含量,同时以30例健康人作为对照。结果①DM无眼底病变组(NDR)与视网膜病变组(DR)血浆VEGF、IFN-γ和NO含量均较对照组明显增高(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01);②DR组VEGF含量明显高于NDR组(P<0.05),而IFN-γ和NO含量明显低于NDR组(P<0.01,P<0.05);③NDR组VEGF与NO含量呈直线正相关(r=0.30,P<0.05),其他各组均无相关性。结论VEGF与INF-γ过度表达在DM视网膜病变中起重要作用,NO代谢紊乱是导致DR发生中进展性微血管病变的重要因素。
Objective To investigate the effect of cell growth factor and nitric oxtide on the etiology of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2).Methods Serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),γ-interferon (IFN-γ) and nitric oxide(NO) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and spectro-photometer in 74 patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 healthy controls.Results ⑴Serum VEGF,IFN-γ and NO in DM2 non-retinopathy group(NDR) and diabetic retinopathy group(DR)increased significantly than those in the control (P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,respectively).⑵VEGF levels were dramatically higher in DR than those in NDR (P<0.05), while IFN-γ and NO levels were significantly lower than those in NDR(P<0.01,P<0.05).⑶Positive linear correlation existed between VEGF and NO in NDR(r=0.30,P<0.05), no correlation existed in other groups.Conclusion Overexpressions of VEGF and IFN-γ would play the important roles in DR.Metabolism disturbance of NO is a vital factor in the progressive microan-giopathy in DR.
