摘要
超期羁押是审前羁押制度不完善的集中体现,主要原因在于我国侦查权行使缺乏司法控权。借鉴西方国家司法审查制度中的优秀经验,建立我国对审前羁押的司法审查制度,包括对强制措施的审查和对羁押期限的审查。
Extended custody epitomizes the faultiness of the criminal detention system,Use the excellence experience from the foreign country,we can establish judicial censor that including the censor of compulsory measure and the censor of detention's deadline.
