摘要
采用两种填料粒子表面处理方法(表面活化(SI)和钛酸酯偶联剂处理(SII))分别制备了纳米级碳酸钙填充聚丙烯复合材料。应用扫描电镜观察了纳米粒子在PP基体中的分散形态,并用分形学方法对其分散效果进行了初步的评估。结果表明,当分形维数小于1.5时,粒子的分散比较均匀;在相同条件下,SII的分散优于SI。
It prepared respectively two kinds of nanometer calcium carbonate particles filled polypropylene composites with two kinds of surface-treated nano-CaCO_3 particles(surface activation (SⅠ) and titanate coupling agent treatment (SⅡ)).It observed the dispersion of the nano-CaCO_3 particles in PP matrix by using scanning electron microscope (SEM), and preliminarily evaluated the dispersion effect of nano-CaCO_3 particles by means of the fractal method. The results showed that the dispersion of nano-particles is homogeneous when the fractal dimensionality is less than 1.5; and under the same condition, the dispersion of sample SⅡ is better than that of SⅠ.
