摘要
本文采用均匀设计法，选用Ｕ＿７（７＿６）均匀表对低密度造影剂处方进行筛选试验，以沉降容积比和ＣＴ密度值作为综合考察指标，所得数据经多元回归处理，ｒ＝０．９８３８，Ｐ＜０．０１；含油量测定回收率为９９．７３％，ＲＳＤ为１．０８％；加热试验观察乳剂稳定性较好。
The screening for the prescription of low density
radiograph emulsion was carried out by the U_7(7￣6)averagelist of the average design
method. The sedimentation volume rate and the value of CT density were used as the in-dices
of comprehensive observation. The obtained data were processed using the polyregression
method(r=0.9838,P<0.01).By determining their oil content, the recovery rate is 99.73%, RSD is
1.08%. The heatingtest confirmed that the stability of emulsion is better. We used this emulsion
in the CT examination of stomach andintestine,the results showed that it can be changed CT
image and help CT diagnosis.
