摘要 以快原子轰击质谱测定五环三萜皂甙结构时,如在基质中加入NaCl或KCl,谱图中会出现丰度较大的[M+Na]+、[M+K]+的加合离子峰,此峰有助于确定糖甙类化合物的分子量。 The fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry(FABMS) of alkali metal adduct ions[M+Na]+,[M+K]+ of triterpene saponins from Leontice kiangnanensis P.L.Chiu has been studied.For these oligoglycosides,when NaCl or KCl as added to the matrix,an intense sodium or potassium adduct ion peak appeared in their FAB mass spectra,respectively.These adduct ions were more abundant than the corresponding protonated molecular ion[M+H]+ and gave more definite information about molecular weight of the sample.
