摘要
应用甲硝唑在氢氧化钠溶液中水解生成ＮＯ及与对氨基苯磺酸生成重氮盐并与Ｎ－萘基乙二胺盐酸盐偶合的方法，测定组分复杂的甲心丹香散中甲硝唑的含量．线性浓度范围为０．４～３．６μｇ／ｍｌ．
A colorimetric reaction based on diazotization of sulfanilic acid with the nitrite ions liberated by alkaline hydrolysis of metronidazole and subsequent coupling of diazonium salt with N-naphthyl ethylenediamine hydrochloride is applicable for assay of metronidazole in a compound preparation.This method is selective and highly sensitive with linearity of 0.4～3.6μg/ml.
