摘要
在TEBA存在下,1,3-丙二醇与卤代烷在氢氧化钾和甲苯中回流生成3-烷氧基-1-丙醇(2a~c),继而用原位形成的二溴化亚磷酸三苯酯溴化即得相应的1-溴-3-烷氧基丙烷(1a~c),总收率76~87%.此法操作简便,反应条件温和,适合大量制备。
The reaction of trimethylene glycol with alkyl halides in presence of KOH under solid-liquid phase transfer catalysis conditions afforded 3-alkoxy-1-propanols 2,which were converted to the corresponding 1-bromo-3-alkoxypropanes 1 in high yields by reaction in DMF with triphenyl phosphite dibromide generated in situ.
