摘要
用一阶导数分光光度法测定甲硝唑口腔粘膜粘附片的溶出速率,定量取导数振幅D=|A'300-A'298|+|A'340-A'338|,结果表明,在1~20μg/ml范围内D与浓度呈线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.8%.与直接紫外法相比较,本法的测定结果准确、稳定、可靠,可消除辅料的干扰.
Derivative UV spectrophotometry was used in the determination of dissolution of oral mucosal adhesive tablets of metronidazole.Derivative amplitude D=|A'298-A'300|+|A'338-A'340|was linear witli the concentratfon C over the range 1~20 μ/ml with the correlation coefficient 0.9998.The average recovery was 99.8%.This method is accurate,steady and reliable.
