摘要
分析了403型气动比例积分调节器的结构和工作原理,并介绍了其常见故障及排除方法。认为应根据现场需要,正确选择403的作用方式,并且合理调节比例与积分参数,才能使调节器处于理想的工作状态。
By taking type 403 pneumatic proportional integral regulator as an example, the structure and working principle of instruments in this category were analyzed. The common faults and the way of treatment were also discussed. If the action mode of the regulator is correctly selected according to the need of work field and the pro- portional integral parameters are reasonably adjusted, the regulator will work perfectly.
