对民营企业虚拟经营管理战略的探讨 被引量：1

摘要 作为一种新型的企业经营管理方式,虚拟经营将民营企业自己的优势资源与其他企业的优势资源紧密结合起来,既保持了企业的独立性,又创造了新的竞争优势,有着巨大的优越性。文章对虚拟经营的概念、特点和模式等进行了深入的剖析。
