摘要
研究了红丝线(Lycianthesbiflora)的化学成分.采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离,从其氯仿提取物中分得了5个化合物,经波谱分析化合物分别鉴定为:香兰子酸(1),正二十四烷酸(2),β-谷甾醇(3),β-胡罗卜甙(4),丁香脂素(5),这5种化合物都是首次从红丝线中分离到的.
To study the active principles of Lycianthes biflora, five compounds were isolated from this plant by column chromatography with silica gel. Their structures were identified as vanillic acid (1), tetracosanoic acid (2), β-sitosterol (3), daucosterol (4) and syringaresinol (5). All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
