摘要
介绍强化材料修饰脂质体以提高肝靶向性的应用及发展状况。围绕目前正在进行临床研究阶段的脂质体制剂,分析其用强化材料修饰脂质体后肝靶向性提高方面的情况。
The application and development of modifying liposome with fortified material to improve hepatic targeting effects was reviewed. The improvement of hepatic targeting effects of modified liposome preparations that were being used in clinical trial was specially discussed.
