摘要
用水溶剂低温流动循环法浸提甜菊甙,简便易行,成本低廉。其白色针状晶型产品,提取率为干叶的5%,甜度为蔗糖的200倍以上;淡黄色粉末状晶型产品提取率为10%,甜度为蔗糖的120倍左右。两种产品甜味纯正,无异杂味,生产成本比相同甜度的蔗糖分别低46.0%和59.3%。
The technique of extracting stevioside with low temperature and circulatively flowing water is simple and easy. Its productive cost is cheaper. The extracting rate of the production with white needlelike crystalline is 5% to dry leaf and the sweetness is above 200 times as sucrose.The extracting rate of that with yellowish powder is 10% and the sweetness is about 120 times as sucrose.The taste of both products is pure and their productive cost is 46.0% and 59.3% respectively,lower than of sucrose with equal sweetness.
