摘要
SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2固体超强酸用作环己醇脱水制备环己烯的催化剂,具有活性高,产品易于分离、无污染、可重复利用等优点。讨论了SO24-/MxOy不同原子比的5种固体超强酸在合成环己烯反应中的不同催化活性。实验证明:在同一制备条件下的不同催化剂其活性不同,Zr/Ti原子比为1/3时的固体超强酸活性选择性最好,可使环己烯收率达到90%。
SO^(2-)_4/ZrO_2-TiO_2 solid super acid for the synthesis of cyclohexene,it has higher activity,selectivity,implution and reusability. The catalytic activity of Zr/Ti different atom ratio were mainly studied in this paper .The experiments showed that the catalytic activity and selectivity of Zr/Ti(1∶3) atom ratio were better than the others under the same preparation condition for the synthesis of cyclohexene. The yield of cyclohexene is 90 %.
