摘要
大学理念构成大学的生命,是大学长期积淀的结晶,具有激励和促进作用,发挥着育人的功能。文章经过对大学理念的界定,分析大学理念的形成以及在育人中的功能,赋予大学理念以新的理解和解释,提出了有关大学理念具有激励功能的观点:满足人的精神需要,形成内在动力系统;渗透到教育教学、科学研究环节,变成可操作系统;构成控制系统,规定着人的成长和发展方向。在育人过程中,大学理念通过内化和固化,形成人们的理想和信念,促进人的全面发展。
The university runs to attend school, constituting university existence being living over a long period of time to store up in the process of shallow lake, takes shape. Having the excitation with accelerates the action,bring into play the action rearing man. The original goes through to be rund the university limit which attend school to fix,analyze the meritorious service capacity that the university rund to rear formation which attend school along with being living among man,endowing with the university runs attending school with fresh understanding and interpretation, proposing the relevant university runs attending school excitation meritorious service that the havees capacity concept: meeting the spiritual necessaries of man, forming intrinsic power system ;seeping education and teaching and scientific research segment, turning into operating system, becoming the power of personality-forming;permeating university management , constituting control system, regulating orientation of growth and the development of man;turning into personal ideal and the faith internally and firmly,being in harmony with personal value system,g'uiding development and struggle, accelerating the completely development of man.
