摘要 组织因子(TF)是一种相对分子质量为47000的跨膜糖蛋白,在调节凝血功能方面有重要的作用。近年来,人们发现TF在识别和调控细胞信号转导,参与动脉粥样硬化的发生发展、促血管新生和再狭窄等非凝血功能中有重要作用。本研究对TF及其非凝血功能的研究进展作一综述。 Tissue factor (TF), a transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular mass of 47000, plays an important role of coagulation within vessel wall. Recently, people also present that TF have identifying and regulating function in cells signaling. And it contributes in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis, angiogenesis and restenosis. This review presents the development of TF in above mentioned .
