摘要
发电厂汽包锅炉水位控制是机组稳定运行的重要保证,汽包水位信号的准确测量直接关系到机组的安全稳定运行及汽水调节品质。文章重点对差压式水位变送器测量误差进行了分析,对因汽包压力及取样管温度引起的水位测量误差进行了校核计算,并科学地提出了适用于发电厂汽包水位校核计算及实际补偿的通用原理和试验方法。
Steam drum level control plays an very important role in keeping stable running of power plant units,correct measurement of which counts much for stability of the unit operation and quality of the steam-water adjustment.Therefore this paper mainly analyzes measurement error of the differential pressure level transducer,does calibrating calculations of the level measurement errors aroused by the drum pressure and the sampling pipe temperature,it also brings forward the general principle and test method for the calibration calculation and actual compensation of steam drum level practiced in power plant.
