摘要
提出一种新的PP改性方法,紫外光辐照反应挤出制备高熔体强度PP。通过测定试样的DSC、熔体强度、熔体质量流动速率和凝胶率,研究并分析紫外辐照对PP光降解和支化交联的影响。结果表明,在紫外光辐照下,通过加入光分解促进剂二苯甲酮(BP)和交联剂季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA),可以达到支化改性的目的,有效提高聚丙烯的熔体强度。当BP质量分数为0.1%、PETA质量分数为3%时,PP熔体强度改善比较明显。
This paper presented a new modification method to produce high melt strength polypropylene(PP)by UV radiation reaction in extruder.Effects of UV radiation on the photodegration and braching cross-linking mechanism of PP had been studied by the measurement of DSC,melt strength,melt flow index and gel rate.The result indicated UV irradiation can achieve the branching and modification result,and effectively improve melt strength of PP by adding benzophenone(BP)as the UV irradiation accelerator and pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)as cross-linking agent.When the BP mass fraction was 0.1% and PETA mass fraction was 3%,the improvement of melt strength was much more obvious.
