摘要
通过实验比较了植物组织DNA的二种提取方法---CTAB法和SDS法,结果表明,无论在产量还是质量上,SDS法均优于CTAB法。
The development and comparation of two methods—CATB and SDS for total DNA extraction from plant Tissue by test.Results showed that SDS method is better than CTAB method in yield and quality.
