摘要
通过对长撑杆双颚板散货抓斗在挖掘过程中的受力分析,建立该类型抓斗抓取平衡方程。在此基础上开发的长撑杆双颚板散货抓斗实际挖掘过程计算机模拟系统,为抓斗设计者确定合理的抓斗总体性能参数、分析抓斗的抓取性能,提供了实用的计算机辅助工具。
This paper analyses the digging resistance force of the grab,and establishes the grab force equilidrium equation.Through the computer, the equation is solved to obtain the digging curve of the dual scoop grab, which simulates the kinematic locus of grab edge during the digging process,Using the locus curve,the weight of digging bulk can be calculated, which offers a theoretical basis for designing the dlial scoop grab.
