摘要
给出了F(t-μσ)型寿命分布在恒加试验中,加速方程的两个系数a和b,以及尺度参数σ的一种新的最优线性无偏估计,所得到的估计比常用的加权最小二乘估计a^和b^,以及线性无偏估计σ^的方差更小,且计算较为简便。最后,讨论了常见F(t-μσ)型寿命分布参数μ、σ在定时截尾试验下的近似无偏估计以及它们的方差、协方差。
<Abstrcat>In this paper we give the best new linear unbiased estimate about the coefficients acceleration equation a ,b and scale parameter of the F(t-μσ) -distribution under accelerated constan-stress Life Test on type Ⅱcensoring. We can get smaller variance and we may count more convenient and simpler Next, we study the approximate unbiased estimates (AUE) of location parameters μ and scale parameters σ of the F(t-μσ) distribution on type I censoring.
