摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定白带丸中芍药苷的含量.方法:以Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-水-冰醋酸(15:90:1.0)为流动相;流速为1.0ml·min-1;检测波长为230nm;柱温为35℃.结果:芍药苷在20.31～162.48μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),其平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.0%.结论:该方法是一种灵敏、准确的分析方法,可为白带丸的质量控制提供科学依据.
Objective:To establish the HPLC method to determine the content of Paeoniflorin in Baidai Pills.Methods:The column:Hypersil BDS C_ 18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm).The mobile phase:acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(15∶90∶1.0);the flow rate:1.0ml·min -1 ,and the detection wavelength:230nm.The column temperature:35℃.Results:There was a good linear relationship within the range of 20.31～162.48μg·ml -1 (r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.6% and the RSD was 1.2%.Conclusions:The method is sensitive and accurate.So this method can provide the scientific evidence to the control of Baidai Pills quality.
