摘要
作者对人体黄韧带显微及超微结构进行了观察，结果发现黄韧带的组成以弹力纤维为主，这是黄韧带重要生理功能的结构基础，使黄韧带能够在椎体间传递载荷，并维持脊柱的稳定。作者还对其临床意义进行了讨论。
AbstractThe micro-and ultrastructures of the human liga-mentum flavum were investigated.It was found thatthe ligamentum flavum is made of chiefly of elasticfibers. This kind of structure provides a basis for theimportant physiological functions of the ligamentumflavum, So the load is transmitted between the vertebrae and spinal stability is maintained by means of thisligament. Then clinical relevance was discussed.
