摘要
通过8种聚类方法对人参不同类型进行了聚类分析,结果以类平均法和离差平方和法的分类效果最好。7个样本被分成4类,1.黄果人参,2.大马牙、二马牙、圆芦,3.长脖、竹节,4.西洋参。以离差平方和法对性状的聚类将全部100个性状分为9组,探讨了主要性状之间的关系。筛选60个有代表意义的性状进行主成分分析,得到累积贡献率达85%以上的前3个主成分,分别为齐墩果酸因子、生长势因子和总皂因子。在主成分的主要构成因素分析的同时,根据样本的算术加权得分值对样本进行了综合性状的评定。
The samples wene ciuslexcd with eight methods of clustering analysis. The resul is indicaled that Ward's was the best method to clustering.Yellowfruit ginseng was divided as the first cluster.Da-Ma-Ya, Ex-Ma-ba and Yuan-luas the second, Chang-bo and Zhu-jie as foe third, and American ginseng as the fourth. With Ward's methed for clustering, all charac iers fell into nine groups and the relationships among the major charac texs were seeked. Sixty typical charac term were sclec ted for principal component analysis. The primary fac tors of The first three plincipal componen is with over 85% of accumulative contribution were analysed. And the sampl es wele evaluated based on the arithmetic weighted value of the principal components.
