摘要
根据兔眼前房自体移植子宫内膜技术,建立了兔眼前房自体子宫内膜和异体3d兔胚泡的双移植动物模型,并用该模型进行胚泡源植入信号的研究。结果表明,兔眼前房的子宫内膜受卵巢激素的调节。妊娠兔眼前房的子宜内膜受孕酮调节,呈分泌期子宫内膜。而非妊娠状态下,眼前房的子宫内膜受雌激素调节,呈增殖期状态。3d胚泡易植入妊娠兔眼前房的子宫内膜,而难植入非妊娠兔眼前房的子宫内膜。胚泡植入到子宫内膜分泌细胞位置上,而不植入于纤毛细胞位置上。胚泡在眼前房内生长16d,并有部分分化的成软骨细胞和神经管结构等。眼前房水的生物化学分析表明,胚泡植入后出现一类与正常房水不同的蛋白质,并认为是胚泡诱导的蛋白质,分子量为15800,与白细胞介素-2有相似的泳动速度。
n the present study, an in vivo model of both blastocyst and uterine endometrium trans-plantation into eye anterior chamber (EAC) of adult female rabbit was established. The prelimi-nary study of blaslocyst implantation signals was also carried out with the animal model. The ex-periment showed that the uterine endometrium transplanted in the EAC has been regulated bythe cvarian hormones, so that in the pregnant animals the epithelial cells of the uterine en-dometrium in the EAC possessed secretory cells, while in the ron-pregnant animal the epithelialcells possessed ciliated cells. If there was the uterine endometrium in the EAC, 3-day blastocystswere implanted into the uterine endometrium of EAC of pregnant animals more easily than im-planted into that of non-pregnant animals. After implantation of blastocysts, a specific proteinrelated to blastocyst implantation in the fluid of EAC was found. Its molecular weight is 15 800 ,the movement velocity in the polyacrylamide gel electrophoreses was similar to that of interleukin-2. Further study will be needed in order to characterize the specific protein.
