摘要
通过对我国集装箱运输的现状进行分析,指出国际集装箱运输将成为我国集装箱运输发展的重要方向。以此为基础,阐述了铁路集装箱运输的发展过程及其在站场布局、运输能力、运输服务、管理体制等方面存在的问题,同时指出由于铁路特有的技术经济特征,铁路集装箱运输仍将在陆路中长距离运输、大批量运输、降低运输成本等方面发挥重要的作用,并提出了相应的发展措施与建议。
After analyzing the current situation of China container transport, it is pointed out that international container transport will be a key development trend of China container transport. Based on this analysis, the author discusses the development course of railway container transport, and the problems related to the distribution of stations & yards, the transport capacity, transport services, management system, etc. Meanwhile, it is also pointed out that, due to its special technical and economic features, railway will still play an important role in the mid/long distance land transport, mass transport, decrease of transport cost, etc. The corresponding measures and suggestions on the development of railway container transport are also put forward.
