摘要
本文报道了在普通塑判温室内进行试管苗移栽的试验结果,提出了用离体培养法结合常规栽培技术,及季节特点大规模无性繁殖草莓苗的生产程序。试管苗出现复叶(成年叶)是适合移栽的形态指标;硅石是试管苗良好的移栽基质。简要报道了试管苗的田间表现。
The paper given here, reported results on ransference and field performance of in vitro propagated strawberries, and prosoed production scheme of combining tissue-culture method with normal culture technique. Appearance of compound leaf in plantlets is morphological indes as transplanting. Vermiculite is the best transplanation medium. It is adapted season in spring and fall to transplanting tissue-cultured strawberries. At last, prospect of using this method in production was discussed.
