聚晶金刚石拉丝模具的特种加工方法综述 被引量:5

摘要 本文介绍了特种加工的国内外发展状况,以及聚晶金刚石拉丝模具的特种加工方法。重点介绍了电火花与超声波加工的基本原理、机理、加工步骤,对拉丝模具孔型各区域的加工方法、加工参数以及超声波研磨粒度的选择对尺寸精度的影响进行了阐述,说明了这两种加工方法有效地结合能实现聚晶金刚石拉丝模具从粗到精的加工要求。 In this paper the authors introduced the present status and machining methods of Non-Traditional Machining for PCD (polycrystal diamond) drawing die. Emphasis was put on the principle mechanism and process steps for machining PCD drawing die by electrical discharge and ultrasonic lapping machining method. The influence of selecting process methods, machining parameters and the grit size of the diamond powder for ultrasonic lapping upon the dimension accuary of PCD drawing die were explained. It can meet machining requirement of PCD drawing die from rough maching to finish machining by combining these two machining methods.
