摘要
为解决压缩机叶轮部件STSH钢韧性偏低的情况,通过对材料的试验分析得出影响钢韧性的条件。对其进行锻造工艺规范及热处理来减少δ-铁素体数量,改善其形态、大小及分布,从而显著提高了STSH钢的强韧性。
In order to solve the low toughness condition of STSH steel with compressor impeller, the condition which effect steel toughness is obtained by testing and analyzing the material. The reasonable forging technology criterion and heat treatment is made to decrease the number of δ-ferrite, improve its shape, size and distribution, the strength and toughness of STSH steel is improved.
