摘要
提出了离心鼓风机和压缩机叶片锻件应用成组技术原理对其系列化可以采用水压胎模锻造工艺组织生产。通过工艺试验证明此项技术的实用性，同时指出采用这种新工艺并对各工序、各管理环节进行有效控制，可大幅度降低产品的制造成本，增强市场适应能力和产品竞争力。
The paper put forward the principle of group technology for impeller forge piece of centrifugal blower.Die block forging technology for hydropress can be used.The technical practicality is proved by technical test and each process,administrative link can be effectively controlled using the new technology is pointed out at the same time.So the manufacturing cost of products can be decreased by a big margin and then heighten the adaptive capability of markets & the competition of products.
