摘要
对甘草有效成分甘草酸人工抗原的光谱进行了鉴定。鉴定结果表明:人工抗原的紫外光谱图与载体蛋白和半抗原的紫外光谱相比均发生变化;经紫外分光光度计扫描,半抗原与BSA的结合比约为5∶1;甘草酸人工抗原合成成功。
In this paper, spectral identification of glycyrrhizic acid(GA) artificial antigen was reported. The results showed that UV absorbance spectrum of artificial antigen of GA-BSA changed compared with carrier BSA and hapten GA. The conjugating ratio of carrier BSA and hapten GA was 15.The artificial antigen of GA-BSA was synthesized successfully.
