调节性T细胞的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 调节性T细胞对于维持机体免疫自稳、防止自身免疫病具有极其重要的作用,也涉及抗感染免疫、肿瘤免疫、移植免疫、变态反应等许多病理性免疫过程。CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞是调节性T细胞中最为重要的一群,此外,Tr1,Th3等细胞也归属于调节性T细胞。调节性T细胞是外周免疫耐受的新的重要机制,它可通过细胞接触或者抑制性细胞因子作用于抗原呈递细胞或效应性T细胞,从而发挥调节作用。
