木霉生防菌尖孢镰刀菌和青枯假单胞菌在辣椒根际的互作 被引量:4

摘要 辣椒青枯假单胞菌在PDA上能影响木霉生防菌和尖孢镰刀菌的菌丝生长和木霉菌产孢,并在洋菜膜上影响辣椒根际和根外木霉菌分生孢子的萌发和芽管伸长及辣椒根际和根外土中尖孢镰刀菌的厚垣孢子萌发。当在土壤中接种一定量的木霉菌、尖孢镰刀菌和青枯假单胞菌时,盆栽8d后,随着根际木霉生防菌量的增加根际尖孢镰刀菌的种群数量明显降低,青枯假单胞菌的种群数量变化不大;当根际尖孢镰刀菌种群数量增加时,根际木霉菌的种群数量略有上升,青枯假单胞菌的种群数量略微下降;根际青枯假单胞菌的数量增加时,对根际木霉的种群数量的影响不明显,但尖孢镰刀菌的种群数量略为下降。木霉菌在粘壤土、菜园土和潮沙泥中根际竞争定殖较黄壤中好,土壤含水量的变化对根际木霉菌种群数量的影响较尖孢镰刀菌和青枯假单胞菌的影响小。 Mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum and Fusarium oxysporum,and the spore production of T.harzianum could be affected by Pseudomonas solanacearum on PDA , The spore germination and germ tube development of the antagonist in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere of pepper on agar film on slides and the chlamydospore germination of F. oxysporum in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soil of pepper were affected by P. solanacearum as well. When T.harzianum and F. oysporum and P. solanacearum were inoculated into clay loam in pots, after 8 days with the T.harzianum population increasing, the population of F. oxysporum was decreased significantly; the population of P. solanacearum was not changed obviously. With the increasing of the population of F. oxysporum,the population of T.harzianum was increased slightly, but the population of P.solanacearum was decreased slightly.Following the population increasing of P.solanacearum,the population of T.harzianum was not changed obviously, only caused a slight decrease on the population of F. oxysporum.The competition colonization of T.harzianum in pepper rhizosphere in clay loam and garden soil and sand loam were better than in yellow soil. The effect of soil moisture on the population density of T.harzianum was less than that on F.oxysporum and P. solanacearum in pepper rhizosphere.
