摘要
选用Logistic equation作为菌体细胞生长的动力学模型,研究得出德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种菌体分批培养的动力学方程及乳酸乳球菌乳酸亚种菌体分批培养的动力学方程,为进一步放大试验和工业化生产以及优化培养工艺提供了理论模型.
Using Logistic equation as cell growth kinetics model, we get the kinetics equation for LDB in fed-batch cultivation and the one for LLL in fed-batch cultivation.It provides a theoretic model for magnification of experiments?industrial production?optimization of the process.
