摘要
20世纪70年代末80年代初,中、法两国政府先后开启了中央与地方关系改革的新进程。对两国的改革实践进行比较研究,找出其同一性和差异性,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
In the late 1970s and early 1980s, The Chinese Government and the French Government kicked off the new process for the reform of central and local government relationship. The comparative study on the reform practices in the two countries and identification of their similarities and differences are of great theoretical and practical importance.
