摘要
本文在原始排队模型的基础上结合我国的实际情况提出了PQM-Ⅱ病员住院排队模型。不仅对该模型进行了理论上的探讨并将其应用于某一医院。结果表明,PQM-Ⅱ模型是有效的且具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper, on the basis of original queuing model and aooording to the actual situation in our country, a patient queuing model, FQM-Ⅱ model, is presented. The authors have made theoretical investigation on the patient queuing model and applied it to a hospital in our country. Results show that PQM-Ⅱ model is effective and there are favourable prospects of its application.
