摘要
我国的粮食直接补贴经过试点之后,即将在全国全面展开。然而,这会带来一系列的问题,并将遇到诸多障碍。鉴于我国的具体国情,建议我国的粮食直补在今后很长一段时期内都只限在粮食主产区进行,同时,要搞好各项配套改革。只有待到条件确实全面成熟时,再考虑全面推进。
After the pilot surrey, our country's grain direct subsidy will be generally put into practice all over the country, yet that will bring a series of problems, and will meet a lot of barriers. Considering that our country's concrete national conditions, the essay suggests that our country's grain direct subsidy only can be carried out in the main area of grain production for a bng period, at the same time, supplementary reform should be made well, only when the conditions be overallly mature, can the general promotion be considered.
