摘要
教师的主体性是培养和发展学生主体性的根本前提条件。农村教师主体性的发挥不但影响学生的主体性而且还直接影响着农村教育质量和劳动者素质提高的速度。而影响农村教师主体性的因素是多方面的,只有转变教师观念、提高教师素质、加大扶持力度才能加强农村教师主体性地位,才能更快地解郭好农村教育存在的问题。
The teacher’s subjectivity is basic premise of fostering and developing student’s subjectivity. The rural teacher’s subjectivity directly effects not only students subjectivity, but also quality of rural education and speed of enhancing laborer’s quality .But factors of effecting teachers’ subjectivity are diverse. Only change teachers concept, enhance teachers quality, increase supporting intensity, can we strengthen rural teachers’ subjectivity, solve the problem of rural education much sooner.
