摘要
本文采用生育期性状播种季节间的标准差即播季反应敏感度(SRPS)反映品种生育期的光温反应特性。结果显示:SRPS的遗传方式呈现有主基因和微效多基因共同作用的混合模型和微效多基因作用的模型,因亲本、组合而异。F_3早期世代便具有较高的广义遗传力;基因作用以加性效应为主,并存在一定的显性效应及上位性效应。控制SRPS的微效多基因在杂交亲本中分散分布,因而出现超亲现象。
Soybean growth period traits (GPT)and their sensitivity of responses to photoperiods and temperatures are the properties of varieties.Based on the successive F1-F5 generations of seven crosses among six cultivars with different GPT and SRPS (the sensitivity of responses to planting seasons),the experiment was designed with three planting types,i. e. spring,summer,autumn, which, in fact, provided different photoperiods and temperatures to simulate the growth condi-tions in 1988 and 1989,at Jiangpu Experiment Station of Nanjing Agricultural University,to in-vestigate inheritance of SRPS. The results showed that inheritance of SRPS was indicated to have two models of genetic effects. SDFM (the sensitivity of DFM)was inherited not only qualitative-ly,but also quantitatively in Guludou (1138-2 or Youbian 30)×Shanghaihongmangzao. Another genetic model was that SDPF(the sensitivity of DPF)in the all crosses,and SDFM in Guludou (7206-934 or Youbian 30)×Taixingheidou and 7206-934×Shanghaihongmangzao crosses were conditioned only by minor genes. The inheritance of SDPM (the sensitivity of DPM)is similar to that of SDFM, because the difference of SDPM in the six varieties studied was primarily due to that of SDFM. The effects of genes affecting SRPS were often to be additive. All minor genes af-fecting SRPS were comsidered to be dispersed on the parents of the all crosses. In F3-F5 genera-tions, SRPS was highly heritable.
