下肢静脉曲张腔内激光治疗后凝血纤溶的变化 被引量：25

Changes in coagulation and fibrinolysis after endovascular laser therapy for varicose veins of lower extremities

摘要 检测下肢静脉曲张患者手术前后血浆中D二聚体、纤维蛋白原和活化部分凝血酶原时间,结果显示手术后D二聚体值(0.541±0.103)mg/L明显大于术前(0.366±0.134)mg/L(P=0.003)。术后纤维蛋白原值(4.3380±6.700)g/L明显大于术前(3.475±0.817)g/L,比较具有显著性差异(P=0.01)。术后活化部分凝血酶原时间值(37.90±4.578)s与术前(35.67±1.917)s比较差异无显著性(P=0.164)。提示静脉腔内激光治疗术后存在一定程度的高凝状态和发生深静脉血栓的可能,D二聚体的检测可及时预测深静脉血栓形成。
